Our preverred couriers are DHL, GLS and Hermes, insured and can be tracked via tracking ID. We reserve the right to hire also other couriers.
COD is possible within Germany and EU - only for Belgium, France, Italy, Latvia, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Hungary.

If you live close to India-Ayur-Pure/Berlin and you want to pick up your items by yourself you can select 'self pickup' when checking out and come to our warehouse and collect yourself. Please call to check your order is ready before turning up.
Orders with an amount over 60,00 € are free of delivery charges only for German delivery addresses.
Delivery time is typically 3-4 business days inside of Germany and for EU about 5 business days. For items manufactured according to customer requirements or to request an order for goods delivery time is 3-4 weeks, because the products are manufactured and imported from India.
Delivery days are monday, wednesday and friday.
